Open Call competition for short films
Submission of entries until 31.10.2024
Photopolis Festival, announces a motion picture competition and invites you to submit your work in the category: Short Films.
Terms of invitation
The submission of projects will last from 3.11 to 31.12.2024. The selected works will be part of the main events of the festival and will be screened at the Municipal Cinema (in Agrinio) in October 2025.
The participants are requested to submit their project(s) electronically, which must be downloadable, with a maximum duration of twenty minutes (20′), as well as a short descriptive text of the project. If the spoken language is not Greek, then the necessary file of Greek or English subtitles should also be submitted.

Results
The results will be announced by April 1, 2026 on the festival website (https://photopolis.gr), on social media, while the creators of the selected works will also be informed by e-mail.
Terms
1. The projects must be product of the participant.
2. In case that the works depict persons unknowingly or without their approval, as well as for the general audiovisual material being used, responsibility lies solely with the creator to whom the work belongs and not the Photopolis Festival.
3. If the official spoken language is not Greek, then the necessary Greek subtitles material should also be submitted.
4. Each participant can declare as many works as they want but only one can be selected (in case of selection).
5. The copyrights of each work belong to their creators.
6. The festival reserves the right to publish photos and trailers of the films for its advertising.
